By accessing and using the services of MTM TRADES, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our steel materials distribution services.
MTM TRADES provides steel materials distribution services including but not limited to:
- Supply of structural steel beams, columns, and other steel products
- Reinforcement steel bars and related materials
- Steel sheets, plates, pipes, and tubes
- Steel angles, channels, and other structural components
- Technical consultation and support services
- Delivery and logistics services across Kerala
Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by MTM TRADES. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are subject to change without notice. Payment terms will be specified in individual quotations and invoices. Late payments may be subject to additional charges as per our credit policy.
MTM TRADES is committed to providing high-quality steel materials that meet industry standards. However:
- All products are sold subject to our standard quality specifications
- Customers are responsible for verifying that products meet their specific requirements
- Any quality issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery
- We provide quality certificates for all materials as per industry standards
Delivery Terms
Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. MTM TRADES will make reasonable efforts to meet delivery schedules but shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Risk and Title Transfer
Risk of loss and title to products pass to the customer upon delivery to the specified delivery location or upon pickup from our premises, whichever occurs first.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MTM TRADES shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party
- Damages resulting from delays in delivery or performance
- Any damages exceeding the total amount paid for the specific products in question
The MTM TRADES name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of MTM TRADES or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
